From the start of his commercial construction career, Basepin Founder Tim Luke
realized that the complexity of large commercial construction projects was
changing but not the methods of issue discovery, tracking and resolution. During
his 35+ years in facility design, site development and project management, Luke
kept perfecting his own method to better identify and resolve issues on the
projects he was involved in. His ideas were implemented, leading him to a new
goal of building an online system that promoted cooperation and efficiency in
the projects he managed. Thus, Basepin MEPS (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing
Structural) Coordination System was born.
Basepin is a powerful tool that utilizes MEPS team collaboration along with web-based software to track issues, resolve conflicts and deliver fully coordinated Construction Documents to field crews. The system was designed to eliminate much of the paperwork typically associated with commercial construction projects. This is achieved with Basepin’s easy-to-use online system which makes it simple to add, track and resolve issues, and to access a project’s latest CAD drawings.
The use of Basepin as a team collaboration system promotes a satisfying and positive work environment for all project members.
